82% of organizations plan to integrate AI Agents within 1-3 years.

That’s according to Capgemini’s global survey of 1,100 executives at organizations with more than $1 billion in revenue across 14 countries and 11 industries and sectors.

“AI agents, once supportive tools, now operate autonomously and can perform tasks independently,” the report says, adding that organizations are planning to utilize them for tasks like email generation, coding, and data analysis. Only 7% have no plans to integrate AI Agents.

Why is there such fervor around this emerging technology? AI Agents are becoming vital tools for businesses. These intelligent systems are designed to handle repetitive tasks, provide instant customer support, and analyze vast amounts of data to deliver actionable insights.

By doing so, they free up human employees to focus on more strategic, creative, and complex work that requires a human touch. This synergy between AI and human intelligence ensures that businesses not only become more efficient but also more innovative and agile.
