BY PARTICIPATING IN THE SWEEPSTAKES, YOU ARE HEREBY DEEMED TO HAVE AGREED TO BE BOUNDY BY, AND COMPLY WITH, THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND TERMS, THEN YOU CANNOT PARTICIPATE IN THE SWEEPSTAKES.

1. SPONSOR: The Inscribe Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by InscribeAI, Inc., whose mailing address is 660 4th Street, Unit 277, San Francisco, CA 94107 (“Sponsor”).

2. ELIGIBILITY. The Sweepstakes is open to individuals who are 21 years or older and who stop by Inscribe’s booth at Money20/20 USA and complete a round of a fraud detection game in accordance with Section 3 below (“Entrants”). Employees of Sponsor, any organizations or individuals responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling, administering, advertising or promoting the Sweepstakes, and/or their respective parent, subsidiary, affiliated and successor companies, and the immediate family and household members of any of the foregoing, are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes are subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD. The Sweepstakes will be conducted over three periods, (i) one beginning at 9 a.m. PDT and ending at 5:30 p.m. PDT on October 23, 2023 (the “First Sweepstakes Period”), (ii) one beginning at 8:30 a.m. PDT and ending at 5:30 p.m. PDT on October 24, 2023 (the “Second Sweepstakes Period”) and (iii) one beginning at 8:30 a.m. PDT and ending at 12 p.m. PDT on October 25, 2023 (the “Third Sweepstakes Period”). These times are according to Sponsor’s time clock.

4. HOW TO ENTER. To participate in the Sweepstakes, Entrants must play a fraud detection game where they try to spot fraud on a synthetic bank statement, during the First Sweepstakes Period, Second Sweepstakes Period and/or the Third Sweepstakes Period, as applicable, at Sponsor’s booth (the “Booth”) at Money20/20 (completing such game being referred to as a “Sweepstakes Entry”). No other methods of entry will be accepted.

Limit one (1) entry per natural person during the First Sweepstakes Period, one (1) entry per natural person during the Second Sweepstakes Period and one (1) entry per natural person during the Third Sweepstakes Period. Entrants may not enter with multiple identities. For the sake of clarity, an Entrant may enter the Sweepstakes up to a total of three (3) times (i.e., once during the First Sweepstakes Period, once during the Second Sweepstakes Period and once during the Third Sweepstakes Period).

Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who is found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules, or to be acting in an unsportsman-like or disruptive manner, or with the intent to disrupt or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes, or to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Sponsor also reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

By participating in the Sweepstakes, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Official Rules and Terms and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein.

CAUTION: Any attempt to deliberately damage or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be in violation of criminal and civil laws and will result in disqualification from participation in the Sweepstakes. Should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies and damages (including attorney fees) to the fullest extent of the law, including criminal prosecution.

5. ODDS. Odds of winning a Prize (as defined below) depend on the number of eligible Sweepstakes Entries received.

6. SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION OF SELECTED ENTRANT. Each Sweepstakes Entry will be entered into a random drawing by a representative of Sponsor from among all eligible entries received during each of the First Sweepstakes Period, Second Sweepstakes Period and Third Sweepstakes Period. The drawing for the First Sweepstakes Period will be held on October 22, 2023 at 6 p.m. PDT to determine one (1) potential winner (the “First Selected Entrant), the drawing for the Second Sweepstakes Period will be held on October 23, 2023 at 6 p.m. PDT to determine one (1) potential winner (the “Second Selected Entrant”), and the drawing for the Third Sweepstakes Period will be held on October 24, 2023 at 2 p.m. PDT to determine one (1) potential winner (the “Third Selected Entrant”). Each of the First Selected Entrant, Second Selected Entrant and Third Selected Entrant will be referred to herein as a “Selected Entrant” or collectively as the “Selected Entrants.” The Selected Entrants will be announced via Sponsor’s social media channels and will be notified through the Selected Entrant’s email account that was provided via the lead scanner for the Money20/20 conference within 21 days of drawing time (“Notification”). Each Selected Entrant will be required to respond (as directed, via email) within four (4) business days of attempted Notification and provide a mailing address where the Prize can be mailed to. A Selected Entrant’s failure to respond timely to the Notification may result in forfeiture of the Prize, and in such case, Sponsor may randomly select an alternate Selected Entrant from among the remaining eligible entries, up to four (4) times. The Prize may  also be forfeited, and in such case, an alternate Selected Entrant may be randomly selected from among the remaining eligible entries, if the Selected Entrant: (i) cannot be reached; (ii) does not respond to the Notification in a timely manner as required pursuant to this paragraph; or (iii) cannot accept or receive the Prize for any reason, including under operation of law. Non-compliance with these Official Rules and Terms may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate Selected Entrant. Sponsor may not make multiple attempts to contact Selected Entrant. If the Notification or any Prize is returned as undeliverable, or if a Selected Entrant may not accept or receive a Prize for any reason, the Prize will be forfeited.

ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND TERMS BY ANY SELECTED ENTRANT (AT SPONSOR’S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN SUCH SELECTED ENTRANT’S DISQUALIFICATION AS WINNER OF THE SWEEPSTAKES AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.

7. PRIZE. If eligible hereunder, one (1) First Selected Entrant, one (1) Second Selected Entrant and one (1) Third Selected Entrant will each be awarded one Topgolf gift card in the amount of $300 (each gift card being referred to as a “Prize”). The retail value of a Prize is $300.00 USD.  

8. PRIZE CONDITIONS. No substitution, transfer, or cash redemption of a Prize permitted, provided however that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a Prize with another prize of equal or greater value should the advertised Prize become unavailable for any reason. A Selected Entrant cannot assign or transfer the Prize to another person or business.

This may be a taxable event and except where prohibited, each Selected Entrant is responsible for all applicable taxes and tariffs.  Except where prohibited, all expenses not specifically stated as being included are excluded and are the responsibility of the Selected Entrants.  

THE USE OF THE PRIZE IS AT THE SELECTED ENTRANTS’ OWN RISK AND IS SUBJECT TO WHATEVER RESTRICTIONS ARE IMPOSED BY THE ENTITIES THAT GOVERN SUCH USES.

9. DISCLAIMER AND INDEMNITY. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, EACH ENTRANT AGREES TO RELEASE, DISCHARGE, INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS SPONSOR, AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS (COLLECTIVELY “RELEASEES”) FROM AND AGAINST ANY CLAIMS, DAMAGES, ATTORNEYS' FEES, AND COSTS OF LITIGATION AND SETTLEMENT, AS WELL AS ANY LIABILITY DUE TO ANY INJURIES, DAMAGES OR LOSSES TO ANY PERSON (INCLUDING DEATH) OR PROPERTY OF ANY KIND, RESULTING IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM: (I) USE, REDEMPTION, ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, OWNERSHIP, OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE, OR (II) PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL AN ENTRANT BE PERMITTED TO OBTAIN AWARDS FOR, AND ENTRANT HEREBY WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO CLAIM, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES AND ANY AND ALL RIGHTS TO HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCREASED, AND ENTRANT WAIVES ANY RIGHTS TO AN INJUNCTION OR OTHER FORMS OF EQUITABLE RELIEF HEREUNDER.

10. DISPUTES. To the fullest extent permitted by law, entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion or the awarding of the Prizes shall be (i) resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the courts within Clark County, Nevada, and Entrant consents to such jurisdiction; (ii) governed by, and construed in accordance with, the internal laws of the State of Nevada, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Nevada or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Nevada.

11. GENERAL CONDITIONS. By participating in the Sweepstakes, and except where prohibited by law, Entrants agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Official Rules and Terms and the decisions of Sponsor and waive any right to claim ambiguity in the Sweepstakes or these Official Rules and Terms. Any portion of the Sweepstakes may be canceled, suspended and/or modified by Sponsor, in whole or in part, in the event of fraud or other causes beyond Sponsor’s control that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. If terminated, Sponsor will select the potential winner in a random drawing from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to such termination.

12. PRIVACY. All personal information collected by Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes will be used for administration of the Sweepstakes. For the sake of clarity, Entrants who are otherwise qualified to receive commercial correspondence may receive other email correspondence from, or on behalf of Sponsor. By entering the Sweepstakes, you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information for the purpose of administering the Sweepstakes and Prize fulfillment. To the full extent permitted by law, the name of Selected Entrants will be used by Sponsor to publish a winners’ list and each Entrant agrees to have their name so published. Information collected from Entrants is subject to these Official Rules and Terms as well as the privacy policy of the Sponsor (found at www.inscribe.ai/privacy).

13. WINNER’S LIST AND SWEEPSTAKES RULES. To obtain a copy of these Official Rules and Terms or a list of the winners, send your request to events@inscribe.ai.

14. NO AFFILIATION. The Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or affiliated with Apple, Inc., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Money20/20 or LinkedIn.
